2. CONSULTATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

Our team will contact you and answer all your questions.
Based on the information obtained, we will make you an offer on how we can improve your visual performance!

3. INFORMATIONS AND FILES WE NEED FROM YOU

For video creation/editing:

• A folder with RAW video files.
• Information about the video (brief, script, etc.).
• Your preferences for the editing (e.g., style, music, pace).

For images creation:

• Photos that should appear on the thumbnail or a video from which we can select suitable images.
• The text you want on the thumbnail (or share your ideas, and we’ll craft the text).
• Any specific preferences (e.g., colors, composition, details).

4. WORK EXECUTION

We start working immediately after receiving all the necessary information and materials.

• Video editing: Typically completed within 24–48 hours (urgent requests can be accommodated).
• Images post-production: Deadlines are discussed individually, depending on your needs.

5. APPROVALS AND MODIFICATIONS

We will send you the completed service for your approval. If needed, we will make adjustments based on your feedback.

Edits of Completed Video Projects:

• One free revision (minor adjustments like changes to colors, text, fonts, or small details).
• Significant changes (e.g., adding animations or changing animations) are subject to an additional fee of 25% to 50% of the service price.
• A complete change of the video's music is subject to an additional fee of 80% to 100% of the service price, as all timing is tied to the music.

Image Edits:

• One free revision (minor adjustments like changes to colors, text, fonts, or small details).
• Changing the main subject (e.g., replacing an object) is subject to an additional fee of 25% to 50% of the service price.
• A full thumbnail redesign is subject to an additional fee of 80% to 100% of the service price.
   

6. COMPLETED WORK

After your final approval, you will receive the completed work!
If it is a video, we will send it to you via a the Google drive link to ensure no loss of quality. For other types of files, we can deliver them via other preferred methods.

6. PAYMENT

We will prepare an invoice based on the services you have ordered and send it to you via email. Once you receive the invoice, you can choose one of the following payment methods:

Payment Information:

We utilize WISE for payments due to its low fees and fast processing times. While other methods like PayPal or traditional bank transfers are available, they often come with higher fees and longer processing periods. Below are the available payment options:

1. WISE Account Transfer
   • If you already have a WISE account, you can transfer payments directly to our WISE account. This is the preferred method for simplicity and cost-effectiveness.
2. Bank Transfer to WISE Account
   • If you do not have a WISE account and prefer a traditional bank transfer, you can send the payment to a designated WISE account. However, please note that international bank transfers from the U.S. incur a fee of $6.11. This fee should be added to your total payment if you choose this option.

Payment Schedule
Payments will be processed after receiving the order, ensuring clarity and satisfaction for all parties. Invoice due date is 14 days.
